Do you deliver to schools and campsites?
Yes. We deliver to your school, centre or campsite and collect afterwards. The collection address can be different from the delivery one. Delivery and collection are included in your quote.
Can you pitch the tents for us?
Yes. Add pitching, take-down, or both, and we'll include it in your quote.
How much does it cost?
Every group is different, so we quote each booking. Email us your dates, numbers and postcode and we'll come back with a quote showing kit, delivery and any pitching, with VAT.
How does payment work?
A deposit secures your booking and the balance is due before your hire starts. You'll get the full terms with your quote, and we invoice with VAT.
Is the kit suitable for DofE?
It's lightweight expedition kit suited to Bronze, Silver and Gold. Send us your centre's kit list and we'll match it.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold public liability insurance.
How far ahead should we book?
Expedition season gets busy, so tell us your dates as early as you can.
Can students hire their own kit instead?
Yes. Students can book online and have kit posted home, then send it back with a prepaid QR code from any Royal Mail parcel shop.
