GEAR FOR THE TRIP.

NOT FOR THE GARAGE.

Hire the same tents, camping kit and wetsuits you'd spend hundreds buying β€” delivered to your door for a fraction of the price, return label included.

OWN THE MEMORY, NOT THE KIT

A Β£39 hire instead of a Β£450 tent. Try the good stuff before you commit.

Free delivery over Β£25, prepaid return label included. Drop it at Collect+ when you're done. No printer, no faff.

MSR, Rab, Big Agnes, Orca. Cleaned, checked and trip-ready every time. Rated 5.0β˜… by our hirers.

Just a temporary card hold, released on return. And if a peg bends or a guy line frays? Accidents happen β€” small stuff's covered.

What can I hire?

You can rent rents, sleeping mats, sleeping bags, backpacks, stoves, wetsuits and trisuits β€” all the kit you need to enjoy your next trip or race.

When will my rental kit arrive?

Royal Mail will deliver your hired kit on your rental start date, so you're ready to go. We recommend choosing a rental start date 1-2 days before your departure date in case there is a delay with the courier.

Rest assured, we have never delivered a late rental.

How does delivery & return work?

Your hired kit is delivered on your chosen rental start date. After your trip, pack it up and drop it off at a Royal Mail parcel shop.

When does my equipment need to be returned by?

Your hired gear needs to be in the post by your rental end date, i.e. dropped off at the Royal Mail Parcel Shop. It doesn't need to have reached our warehouse by the rental end date.

How do I return my gear?

  1. Clean and dry your equipment before returning
  2. Complete the provided return form outlining any damage to the equipment
  3. Securely repack and use the original packaging if possible
  4. Find the pre-paid QR code we will have emailed to you
  5. Drop-off your parcel at the closest Royal Mail Parcel Shop and scan the QR code
  6. Get proof of delivery. This protects you and us in the unlikely event of a parcel being lost in transit

What happens when my equipment is returned?

All equipment is thoroughly inspected and cleaned. If everything is okay, we release your security hold. If damage is found, and it's not covered by our Accidental Damage Cover, we will contact you with next steps.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. When you place your rental order, we apply a temporary security authorisation (also known as a pre-authorisation or card hold) to your payment card. This is not a charge, but a hold to ensure funds are available in case of damage or missing items. The hold is automatically released once the gear is returned in good condition, with no action needed on your part.

What happens if the equipment gets damaged?

If anything gets damaged during your trip, let us know as soon as you can. We understand accidents happen β€” small issues like a bent peg or a torn guy line are usually covered by our accidental damage cover. For more serious damage, we’ll assess it fairly and only charge if necessary. Transparency and trust are key β€” no hidden fees or surprises.

What does Accidental Damage Cover include and exclude?

This optional add-on limits your liability to just Β£50 if any part of the equipment or included accessories (e.g. poles, flysheet, pegs, footprint) is accidentally damaged during your rental. It does not cover theft, loss, or damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow setup and care instructions.
