Delivery and returns
Your hire equipment is delivered directly to your door in a reusable returnable box or bag.
🚚 Delivery
- Choose your rental start date.
- We recommend selecting a start date 1–2 days before you need the equipment to allow time for delivery.
- We ship using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the size of your order. We’ll let you know which courier is used.
↩️ Returns
- A pre-paid return shipping label is included in your box or sent via email.
- When your rental ends, simply repack the equipment and drop it off at any Collect+ drop-off point.
- Find your nearest Collect+ location here: Collect+ Store Finder
- Please make sure the Collect+ location accepts the relevant courier (Royal Mail or DPD, as specified on your label).
🔍 Inspection & Security Hold
- Once returned, all equipment is inspected and cleaned.
- If everything is in good condition, your security hold will be released.
- If damage is found, we’ll contact you to arrange payment in line with our Rental Terms & Conditions .
Accidental Damage Cover
Accidents happen outdoors. Add Accidental Damage Cover at checkout and if your hired kit is accidentally damaged, you only pay the first £50 of the repair or replacement cost. If everything comes back fine, there is nothing extra to pay.
Covered: unintentional damage in normal use, such as torn tent fabric, snapped poles or broken pegs, across the tent body, poles, pegs, guylines, footprint and included accessories.
Not covered: theft or loss; damage from neglect, misuse or not following setup and care instructions; use in conditions beyond the product's limits.
It is a waiver of liability, not an insurance policy, and does not cover trip cancellation, injury or third-party damage. Read the full terms.

Sleeps 1 person in an ultralight, freestanding 3-season tent designed for backpacking, wild camping and long-distance trails. Ideal for solo hikers who want to carry as little weight as possible without giving up headroom or a proper rectangular floor.
Weighs 1.07kg minimum / 1.23kg packed and packs down to 46cm x 13cm. A single hub-and-pole frame makes it quick to pitch, with 99cm of headroom to sit up, a 224cm x 81cm untapered floor that fits wide sleeping mats, and a large side porch for boots and pack. The mostly mesh inner keeps condensation down in milder weather, and a fitted footprint is included.
