Delivery and returns
Your hire equipment is delivered directly to your door in a reusable returnable box or bag.
🚚 Delivery
- Choose your rental start date.
- We recommend selecting a start date 1–2 days before you need the equipment to allow time for delivery.
- We ship using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the size of your order. We’ll let you know which courier is used.
↩️ Returns
- A pre-paid return shipping label is included in your box or sent via email.
- When your rental ends, simply repack the equipment and drop it off at any Collect+ drop-off point.
- Find your nearest Collect+ location here: Collect+ Store Finder
- Please make sure the Collect+ location accepts the relevant courier (Royal Mail or DPD, as specified on your label).
🔍 Inspection & Security Hold
- Once returned, all equipment is inspected and cleaned.
- If everything is in good condition, your security hold will be released.
- If damage is found, we’ll contact you to arrange payment in line with our Rental Terms & Conditions .
Accidental Damage Cover
Accidents happen outdoors. Add Accidental Damage Cover at checkout and if your hired kit is accidentally damaged, you only pay the first £50 of the repair or replacement cost. If everything comes back fine, there is nothing extra to pay.
Covered: unintentional damage in normal use, such as torn tent fabric, snapped poles or broken pegs, across the tent body, poles, pegs, guylines, footprint and included accessories.
Not covered: theft or loss; damage from neglect, misuse or not following setup and care instructions; use in conditions beyond the product's limits.
It is a waiver of liability, not an insurance policy, and does not cover trip cancellation, injury or third-party damage. Read the full terms.
Security hold
A security hold will automatically be added to your Cart. No charge for this will apply at Checkout.
It allows for the possibility of charges in the future for late return, damage fees or non-return fees in accordance with our Rental Terms & Conditions .

Wild Country Zephyros Compact 2 tent with poles, pegs and carry case
Sleeps 2 people in a lightweight, compact tent designed for 3-season wild camping. Ideal for backpacking, bikepacking, and multi-day hikes where low weight and small pack size matter.
Pitches quickly with the flysheet and inner together, keeping the inside dry in bad weather. Stable in wind with a low-profile design, plus two doors and a porch for easy access and gear storage.
