What should I include when shipping my gear?

When you are selling your used gear with Gear Again we offer free delivery with our courier partner, Royal Mail.

How do I arrange the free courier?

If you have received your quote but have not booked the courier yet, you can arrange this by following the confirmation link on your quote email and selecting 'Book Free Shipping'. What if I change my mind?

After we receive and check your gear, we’ll confirm the price. If it’s the same or higher than on your quote, we pay you directly into your bank account. If it’s lower, you’ll get an alert to accept and get paid or schedule free fully insured return shipping.
